Important Information

Reservations   step1 Reservations for today will expire at 23:59 tonight. Please note: this is the time the reservation will expire, NOT the time you need to return the bike by.
Reservations for tomorrow will be valid between 00:00 tonight and 23:59 tomorrow night. You do NOT need to return your bike during that time.
If you are unable to use a reservation you will NOT be charged, however please cancel your reservation online (Account > Activity > click Cancel button) if possible so that the bike or bay is available for someone else.
Bike hire Your 24 hour hire period begins from the moment you take a bike out from the dock.
You must check the condition of your bike within 15 minutes of taking your bike out (tyres, brakes and lights). If you a find a fault within this time you can return it and take another one at no extra cost.
We will charge the credit/debit card you used to register whenever the amount due reaches or exceeds £15 or you return a bike.
Returning your bike You need to have a bike on hire before you reserve an empty bay to return your bike. You can keep the bike as long as you require it, you only need to make a reservation to return the bike when you decide to give it back.
You must request and use a return code to return the bike, you cannot use the access code you used to take the bike out.
You can return your Brompton bike to any public dock in the UK network, e.g. you can take a bike out in Peterborough and return it to Ealing.
NEVER mix up your bike with another member. Each bike has a unique name on it, please make a note of this when you take the bike out and ensure you return the same bike. If you return another member's bike to the dock in your name you will continue to be charged.

If your bike develops a fault, please follow the 'Report a fault' instructions on the dock or website.
