App launch FAQ

Here at Brompton we know not everything will always be smooth running, and we’re working on a few bugs currently.

Our friendly team are available between 09:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday to help you complete your registration or answer any other questions you might have. Rest assured we can get you signed up if the app isn't working for you.

 

NEW APP LAUNCH FAQ

With the recent launch of our new app we’re aware of some bumps in the road as you try to sign up, so we’ve tried our best to answer the most common enquiries below.

  • Phone number – In our app you enter your country code separately. You don’t need to enter the 0 or the country code again when it prompts you for your number.

 

  • Photo ID Check – Haven’t phone cameras got so good lately! Well – apparently not for us. The high quality of the photo is often too big for the software and you may need to re-take the picture 3 or so times to reduce the file size. We’re working with our provider on this so you can take the perfect selfie. FYI - It also helps having a white background.

 

  • Address – This must be the same as what your bank is registered too as well as your proof of ID. This will be the address you’re registered too on the electoral role.

 

  • Code – Check you junk. Sometimes our emails can skip straight into your Junk box so give that a check before you call us up.
